eCW System Administrator
The eCW Systems Administrator provides IT support for your staff. The System Administaror will work with providers, nursing, support staff, managers, and leadership and is responsible for supporting the overall EHR Project use by end-users and for customer contact and resolution of application related issues and, technical problems related to the eClinicalWorks (eCW) product. The Systems Administrator provides a secure, compliant, robust, reliable, scalable and efficient infrastructure and will direct infrastructure support strategy and operations of eCW.
Functions as primary liaison between the practice and support departments/ teams
Responsible for the overall performance, availability and capacity of the eCW platform
Responds to end-user requests for issue resolution and works to resolve problems quickly and accurately
Works within the EHR Team Governance Structure to assist in the support and deployment of eCW applications across your Organization
Works with vendor and IT staff to ensure strict adherence to maintenance windows, Systems Change Management, Release Management, QA/Testing and Disaster Recovery protocols and processes
Supports the various EHR needs of providers throughout the Center’s use of the eCW platform.

Examine data quality and form. Ensure system mappings are accurately satisfying elements
Provides regular status reports to all key Program Managers and end users;
Gathers and analyzes data, and ensures all timely updates to the eCW platform;
Ensure that Client is compliant with all HIPAA Privacy and Security on eCW platform
Maintains an issue knowledge base (use cases) to document technical support issues and associated resolution approaches as part of proactive approaches to problem management;
Monitor and Customize the EMR to meet the functional requirements set by MIPS, PCMH, HEDIS,HRSA,UDS,DISRIP,and HIVQUAL;
Works with the QI team to design and configure requested clinical templates and/or forms for enabling a more efficient workflow based of functional requirements;
Develop and modify templates to Ensure Information Capture and report generation Create structure data fields/ templates/order sets and Alerts necessary to ensure data granularity and meet internal policies and external regulatory compliance.
Provide on-call technical support responsibilities for eCW Clinical and Billing infrastructure including identification, troubleshooting, remediation, research, escalation and issue resolution;
Assist with monthly clinical and Billing user support
Regulate downstream revenue impact from patient care coordinators to an established clinical workflow
Increase Revenue by creating Algorithm's within the Billing Module.
Manage and Streamline both Clinical and Billing processes.
Assists with enhancement requests of end users, documentation, and prioritization as well as efforts to reduce the variation of clinical processes throughout practice workflows.
Identifies gaps in efficient workflow adoption at all practice sites
Interacts with business teams to develop application requirements and installation plans that align with reporting requirements, based on the business requirements.
Map updated workflows for Key measure compliance
Performs other related duties and responsibilities as required.
